How long will my home inspection take?

Buyer Home inspections typically range from as little as two hours to 3 hours total onsite.

When will I get my home inspection report?

During the day I come out and do your inspection I will takes notes and take pictures of important issues I find on the house. You will receive your official report in 1-2 business days. Pictures are included with detailed information on each issue. Two copies will be provided, a physical form for you to keep and a PDF emailed to you.

Are you a certified and licensed home inspector?

Yes! I am a fully certified CPI through InterNACHI. I am certified in 20 different areas of home inspection. From plumbing to standards of practice, to codes of ethics.  My business is fully licensed and insured. So you are protected and I am too!
