A detailed report will be typed including high definition pictures of issues and material defects. Locations of shut offs in ex. include water, gas, electrical. Locations of access entry such as crawlspace and ceiling access included in report. Two copy report, physical and PDF emailed and provided at end of inspection within 1-2 days.
